RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be shipped back to origin within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All item(s) must be unused and in the same original condition. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping back to the origin. To initiate a return, send us an email to golden@goldenqb.ntesmail.com with your order number, and we will provide the return shipping address. All returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. A refund for the item amount, minus 10%, and minus the shipping cost paid by us will be issued after the item is sent back*The shipping cost paid by us will not be issued as part of the refund. If free shipping was selected, the actual shipping charge paid by us will be deducted from the amount paid for the order total. We do not offer any returns for items that have been used by the recipient. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) back. If by odd chance the wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately. A return shipping label will be sent and a refund or exchange will be issued. *Certain products may be excluded from returns. It will be marked on the last line of the listing description if the product is excluded from a return or refund.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, orders can be cancelled if you have not received a shipping tracking email, please just send us an email right away to: golden@goldenqb.ntesmail.com *Please note: There is a small percentage fee charged for cancellations for the payment processor fee. Each payment we receive is assessed a fee for completing the payment. We will refund the net amount we receive after the transaction fee. For domestic credit card fees other than AMEX: fee of 2.7% International credit card fees: 3.7% AMEX fees: 3.7% Paypal: 3.5% Shop Pay INSTALLMENTS: 6% Example: $100 purchase with Paypal. A refund of $96.50 will be issued. By submitting a purchase, these terms and conditions apply for order cancellations, only before the item is shipped.

We accept returns, but a $10 fee will be assessed due to the time commitment it takes to process the influx of returns.
ARE RETURNS OFFERED IF THE SIZE DOESN'T FIT?
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the products are unused and in the same condition as when they were sent.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT(S)?
If by odd chance the wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately. A return shipping label will be sent and a refund will be issued.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT RIP?
Due to the age and exclusivity of our stock, we cannot make any guarantees on the lifetime or durability of any items. We do not make any product lifetime warranties. If items rip, break, or become damaged from usage, we are not liable for a refund. We have provided as much accurate information as possible to accurately show and describe all products. We do not guarantee products will meet your expectations. By submitting an order you agree to these terms and conditions on all products.
FAILURE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?
goldenqb is not responsible for any import or customs fees. UPS or DHL will notify the recipient at the contact info provided if customs fees apply. Failure to pay customs fees or comply with customs fees will result in the package being returned to sender (goldenqb). If the package is undelivered, a refund for the item amount, minus the shipping cost paid by us will be issued after the item is sent back. The shipping cost paid by us will not be issued as part of the refund. If discounted or free shipping was selected, the actual shipping charge paid by us will be deducted from the amount paid for the order total. In addition, a 20% inconvenience fee will be assessed to the refund. All orders comply with these rules.
INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, FAILURE TO DELIVER?
If the package is deemed "return to sender" or "failure to deliver", return shipping for the actual amount (excludes free shipping options) must be paid to resend the item. If a refund is preferred, a 20% inconvenience fee will be assessed to the refund. All orders comply with these rules.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS - THE COLLECTION, FINAL SALE
Products available in "The Collection" are Final Sale products and are not eligible for return. The Collection includes our rarest selection, Sample pairs, Mismatched Sample boots, and more. They are explicitly labeled in the description as "THE COLLECTION - our rarest selection". Each pair not available for return explicitly states: "Discounts may not be applicable to The Collection, all sales are final, no returns." on the last line of each product description.

Please note that your watch must come with its original papers to be considered for consignment.
Our Watch Specialists will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, HKT).
You can drop off your watch at our Landmark store in Hong Kong or send it to us via your preferred courier service.
Once your watch has sold and the buyer return period is over (7 calendar days), we will wire your payment within 48 hours. See Wristcheck’s return policyhere.
Wristcheck is a consignment platform – we do not buy watches from customers outright.
The minimum consignment period at Wristcheck is 90 calendar days. If you wish to have your timepiece returned within the minimum consignment period, please note that we charge an administrative fee of US$1,000. (HK$7,800).
This fee covers the cost of authentication, professional photography, marketing, and in-store handling, display and storage.
Not at the moment! With our concierge consignment service, we need to physically examine all watches consigned to us to guarantee their authenticity and showcase their genuine condition to potential buyers visiting our Landmark boutique. In the future, we will be opening an express consignment service where you can list a watch via Wristcheck without sending us a physical watch until it has sold. Stay tuned!
